Technical RequirementsThe picture must be in JPEG format and can not exceed 1024 pixels in width or height - depending on its orientation. Usually the pictures you have are bigger than 1024 pixels. In that case open Photoshop/Image/Image size. You’ll see on the opened window “width’ and ‘height” fields. Change to 1024 pixels depending on its orientation. Save the picture with a different name to preserve the original. Then your picture is ready to upload.
