1. You set the price
You know how much your art sells for, so you decide the selling price of your art. We take a small commission of 18% from your selling price. This commission covers our costs in advertising, marketing, customer services, credit card processing fees, invoicing, admin and VAT.
2. Money back guarantee
We offer all customers three (3) days to reject the work, which you must adhere to. The guarantee allows customers to return artworks if they are not fully satisfied. They can return the artwork for any reason within this period. They will have to pay the postage and insurance costs if they return an artwork. You are not eligible to recoup the cost of delivering the artwork to the customer.
3. HOW YOU GET PAID
Customers pay online through our credit card processing facilities, bank transfer or by cheque. When payment is received, we will notify you of the details of the purchase by email, text message and if necessary by phone. You must then package and dispatch the artwork to arrive with the customer within 5 working days. Once we have confirmed that the artwork arrived safely, you will be paid approximately 30 days after that date (this is comprised of time for delivery, money back guarantee, time for return). You will be paid by cheque or bank transfer. You can see the date on which your payment will be raised via your control panel.
4. What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We collect information you volunteer, such as your name, e-mail address, shipping addresses, phone numbers, credit card number & their expiration date, and your requests. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We send email to customers only if it concerns a specific order or question, or if the customer has opted to receive promotional emails or newsletters.
Occasionally, we email our customers to notify them about functionality changes to the Web site, new products, services, offers, promotions, and anything else we think might be of interest. From time to time, we may also use your personal information to contact you to play a part in a market research survey, so that we can determine customer satisfaction and develop better products.
Though we are committed to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose your personal information when required by law and when necessitated that such action is necessary to abide by a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
5.Shipping cost
In order to provide a secure purchase for both our client and our artist, we require your card details at the time of order; however, your credit card is not charged until the shipping costs are confirmed with the artist and agreed upon by you.
Our system will estimate shipping costs based on information given by the artist and your location. For international orders or orders with incomplete information we will need to calculate shipping with the artist. This may take a day or two; however we will be in contact with you (via email or phone) throughout the entire process.
